Responsibilities:
- Own and execute top-of-funnel initiatives to generate qualified pipeline from strategicenterprise accounts.
- Identify and research high-value targets; map key stakeholders across Security,DevOps, and IT.
- Build and run multi-touch outbound sequences with personalized messaging acrossemail, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls to assess needs, priorities, and fit.
- Qualify inbound interest and help advance leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with AEs, marketing, and the broader GTM team to refine and execute ourgo-to-market strategy.
- Educate prospects on Token’s value proposition and how we address non-human identity risks.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to refine outreach strategy.
- Track and report on performance metrics (e.g., meetings booked, conversion rates,pipeline influence).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles, ideally in cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns aimed at senior security and infrastructure leaders.
- Comfortable running discovery and qualification calls with enterprise buyers.
- Strategic, resourceful, and process-driven — skilled at researching accounts, mapping stakeholders, and crafting high-quality outreach.
- Proven ability to consistently build pipeline and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with AI-powered prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills — able to craft compelling messaging and engage senior stakeholders.
- Organized, data-driven, and self-motivated — comfortable testing, iterating, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
