Role Overview

This is a hybrid role blending Demand Generation with hands-on Marketing Operations. You'llbe responsible for managing campaigns that generate qualified leads and opportunities, and for owning the tools, data, and processes that support marketing performance. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to have a direct impact on pipeline growth at an early-stage cybersecurity company.

We’re looking for a high-impact leader that has a strong track record of building high-performingDemand Generation programs and can can easily pivot between high-level strategic thinking and while also driving execution and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars,events, ABM, and content syndication.
  • Partner with product marketing to tailor messaging to specific personas (e.g., CISOs,security engineers, DevOps).
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars with a focus on pipeline impact andconversion rate optimization.
  • Launch scalable ABM programs targeting high-value accounts in key industries (e.g.,fintech, SaaS, healthcare).
  • Track performance by channel, region, and segment—adjusting tactics in real time toimprove outcomes.

Marketing Operations

  • Own the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Implement and manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages in coordination withsales.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track lead flow, attribution, CPL, CAC,and ROI across all channels.
  • Ensure data hygiene, automation accuracy, and reliable integrations between marketingand sales platforms.
  • Support A/B testing across landing pages, forms, and email sequences to continuouslyimprove conversion rates.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure campaign follow-up is timely, relevant, andhigh-converting.
  • Collaborate with design and content to ensure assets are aligned with brand,performance goals, and persona needs.
  • Partner with RevOps to align lead handoff processes and pipeline reporting acrosssystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and/or marketing operations, ideally inB2B SaaS and cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns and marketing ops tools (HubSpot,Salesforce, Google Analytics, ad platforms).
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, MQL/SQL definitions, and pipelineattribution best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline growth through multichannel programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and make informedrecommendations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills—comfortable juggling multiplepriorities in a lean startup environment.
  • Bonus: Experience launching programs in a PLG (product-led growth) or freemiummodel.
